Villa Winthuysen is a turistical villa for rent in the historic old town of Ávila. It is a restored traditional house with granite walls and wooden ceilings. It belongs to the Finca “San Segundo”, surrounded by the middle age walls of the city, which contains the artistical garden that Javier de Winthuysen designed for the viscount of Güell.

During the past century the house was used as guests house by the marquis of Santo Domingo. Its an independent building with its own way and door to the street. The hosue contains three double rooms, a living room with chimney, three bathrooms, one complete kitchen and a smaller one and two gardened courtyards.
The maximun capacity is six people. It may be rented also at a reduced price for four or two people. The place and the borough are quiet but centrical (less than two hundred metres away from the Parador de Turismo and about three hundred from the city hall square and the new congresses palace). There is an 18 hole golf course five minutes away in car.
